"The best thing for being sad," replied Merlin, beginning to puff and blow, "is to learn something. That's the only thing that never fails. You may grow old and trembling in your anatomies, you may lie awake at night listening to the disorder of your veins, you may miss your only love, you may see the world about you devastated by evil lunatics, or know your honour trampled in the sewers of baser minds. There is only one thing for it then — to learn. Learn why the world wags and what wags it. That is the only thing which the mind can never exhaust, never alienate, never be tortured by, never fear or distrust, and never dream of regretting.”
--T. H. White,
Beautiful and true words; I think there are so much of ourselves which cannot be damaged, if we understand that we bring others the power to hurt us, there would have less pain in our lifes.. because of our goal in life is to remain always happy.
I've commented previously that we can make our life so miserable as we want, but not everything have to be bad; our live may have all the beauty, all the peace, all the hope.. It's only necessary to know them and bring them to us, like in a supermarket.
I want this, that and oh! all of those things too.
It's so easy like this, all you want in your life you can have it, only desiring it.
I think life is just a mirror, and what you see out there, you must first see inside of you and it's possible that people' shortcomings be our own ones in some way, so it's better to look at people's virtues in order to make profit of all our experiences.
To learn something new every day can save us from monotony and we can learn so many things, from why there are butterflies which live only one day until to learn to live all the years of our life, and it seems an irony.. one species can only live one day and others may live until ninety-nine years, who decides this? Human being can live a long time and even eighty years seem to us very little time and that odd feeling that we feel about can remind all our memories in a few minutes.. how is it possible to remind all our memories from eighty years in a few minutes? I don't know why.. but certainly,we do it.
It seems that we select our experiences and we clasify them and then it's when we realized that others action may rebound into us.. because all our memories aren't happy, neither are all bad.
But in our memories always appear other people in some way, because I'll always say that for me, life is based in relationships!
Finally, I must say that I hope that all my thoughts and all my feelings which I write here, belong to me forever and I be able to live in a honest way with myself the rest of my life.. though nobody teaches how to live, I know much theory.. and I wish to take it to the practice too.

Love your life.. because you've got just one.
what is more important, to live in a healthy way many years or to die young doing all the unhealthy things you like?
I choose the first option, for me life is worth to be lived in fully until the end of our days, but I think life is based in relationships and every bad decision may rebound in others..
So I believe that we must think in others and specially in ourselves; why not follow our lives?, Why does exist that odd thought about living extremely?, Can the pleasures with our strength of will?, Are we so weak as we think?
Well, I must say we have only one life and we have to take care of her the best as we can.
For me, life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death.
Known celebrities said inspirational quotes like:
"I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing." Agatha Christie
"And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years." Abraham Lincoln
"If we could see the miracle of a single flower clearly, our whole life would change." Buddha
"Love the moment. Flowers grow out of dark moments. Therefore, each moment is vital. It affects the whole. Life is a succession of such moments and to live each, is to succeed." Corita Kent
"However mean your life is, meet it and live it: do not shun it and call it hard names. Do not trouble yourself much to get new things, whether clothes or friends. Things do not change, we change. Sell your clothes and keep your thoughts." Henry David Thoreau
"Everything you now do is something you have chosen to do. Some people don't want to believe that. But if you're over age twenty-one, your life is what you're making of it. To change your life, you need to change your priorities." John C. Maxwell
"Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans." John Lenon

Not Everything Is on Books.
This morning I was watching a Tv program and then, a woman psychologist started talking about her new book, something like "The Uselessness of Suffering".
I was shocked, because yesterday I thought about my own happiness and how many times it depends on someone actions, so it's coming and going.
I feel rarely happy during all the day and it's really a pity..
The woman talked about many things which I had thought the day before and that I knew a long time ago;but our thoughts are automatic and we must have a high level of concentration to check the negativity of every thought and rectify it.
It's hard, but not impossible.
I refuse to live depending on others actions and not enjoying my own life, every trouble must help you to improve as a person.
I read a long time ago a quote which said -" Even war and hunger are things that can be overcome by man "- . And I really think it's true; there are people who have a huge problem but they fight bravely and hopefully, meanwhile others with a very small problem they make a storm in a teacup.
I sincerely hope to belong to first group.
Sometimes I ask myself why these kind of things are not taught.. I know it's very important to be good at maths and history, but even more important than these things I find it is to be really happy with ourselves, but nobody teaches it..
So it's our task to learn, because not everything is on books.

The Butterfly Effect.
A month ago I saw a film whose name was "The Butterfly Effect".
The title is a reference to the butterfly effect, which theorizes that a change in something seemingly innocuous, such as a flap of a butterfly's wings, may have unexpected larger consequences in the future, such as the path a hurricane will travel.
The "Butterfly Effect" is a metaphor that encapsulates the concept of sensitive dependence on initial conditions in chaos theory; namely that small differences in the initial condition of a dynamical system may produce large variations in the long term behavior of the system.
Although this may appear to be an esoteric and unusual behavior, it is exhibited by very simple systems: for example, a ball placed at the crest of a hill might roll into any of several valleys depending on slight differences in initial position.
It's very interesting for me this concept, because nowadays very few people think about consequences, and if we thought about things twice before doing them, maybe most of the times they didn't take place.
An amazing band rock named MUSE made a song "Butterflies and Hurricanes" referring to the abstract concept of The Butterfly Effect.
So, I leave in here the lyrics.
Change,
Everything you are
And everything you were
Your number has been called
Fights, battles have begun
Revenge will surely come
Your hard times are ahead
Best,
You've got to be the best
You've got to change the world
And you use this chance to be heard
Your time is now
Change,
Everything you are
And everything you were
Your number has been called
Fights and battles have begun
Revenge will surely come
Your hard times are ahead
Best,
You've got to be the best
You've got to change the world
And you use this chance to be heard
Your time is now
Don't,
Let yourself down
Don't let yourself go
Your last chance has arrived
Best,
You've got to be the best
You've got to change the world
And you use this chance to be heard
Your time is now.
